Booking, pricing, and scope
Upstream Media provides live event production, audiovisual support, and equipment rentals. RECAlism is our equipment rental division.
Quotes and booking confirmation
Submitting a website inquiry or booking request does not by itself reserve equipment or confirm an event.
A booking is confirmed when Upstream Media provides written confirmation and any requirements stated in your quote or agreement have been completed.
Pricing and scope
Your written quote or agreement identifies the services, equipment, schedule, pricing, and payment requirements for your booking.
Additional equipment, extended hours, or changes to the agreed scope require approval and may result in additional charges.
Customer responsibilities and rental equipment
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate event information and the venue access, space, and power agreed for the booking.
Customers are responsible for obtaining permission to use any music, videos, photographs, graphics, or other content they supply for display, playback, recording, or streaming.
Rental equipment
Equipment must be used safely and according to the instructions provided. Responsibility for equipment care, return, loss, damage, and any related charges will be specified in the rental agreement.
Cancellations, weather, and contact
Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds
Cancellation deadlines, deposits, rescheduling conditions, and refund eligibility will be stated in the written quote or agreement before booking.
Please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation or change. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Weather and unsafe conditions
Please notify us of outdoor event plans in advance. Weather, unsafe conditions, or venue restrictions may require changes to equipment placement, scheduling, or service delivery. Any resulting arrangements will be discussed with the customer.
